Death Notification Service

This free customer facing service is intended to help make the bereavement process as easy as possible at what is often a difficult and emotional time. In 2019 Rothesay Life became one of the first insurance companies to become a member of the Death Notification Service (DNS).

We would prefer you to contact us directly to notify us of the death of one of our policyholders, however, if you have to notify other financial institutions about a death you may want to use this service to notify other members.
